Buying an off plan villa in Turkey with A.D.H Homes Turkey
A.D.H Homes Turkey has a strong record of building bespoke high quality villas to budget. We always finish the construction and offer off plan payment schemes. All you need to pay is an initial 30% deposit, we will then discuss payment schedules with you and complete the grand design that you desire.
So how does the process go?
First, we find the plot in the area where you want your dream villa to be built.
We will then take you to our Architect who will draw up external and internal plans to suit your requirements.
Once the design has been finalised, we will draw up the contract and payment schedule, you pay your deposit, we obtain all relevant permissıons and we start to build.
When the building reaches the stage for the interior design, you can choose the tiles for the floors, tiles and fittings for the bathrooms, kitchen colors and layout and interior paint colors. You will be fully involved in the interior desıgn of your villa.
It usually takes 12-18 months to fully complete a vılla. If you wish to pay the outstanding balance ın installments, we will send you weekly photos and videos of the building progression, and you can pay the installments as the building reaches pre-arranged key stages. All installments will be interest-free.
