INSPECTION TRIP
At Altinkum Dream Homes we offer inspection trips for clients wanting to view and purchase property these include:
Free Airport Transfer
Free Accommodation
All you have to do is book your flight.
We will be happy to host you and show you the properties that you wish to see. There will be no pressure to buy.
An inspection trip usually lasts 3-4 days. Our English-speaking airport transfer team will pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation.
The next morning, after breakfas,t the English-speaking professional sales team will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the office. In the office you can let us know what your requirements are, you will then be shown and provided with information on these types of properties. The sales team will then take you to the places and areas that you wish to see.
On the second day, you will continue to see the rest of your selected properties and areas and revisit those that are of interest. You will then sit down with our sales team to discuss the properties and ask us any questions that you may have. We can then discuss all of the properties that you have seen and eliminate the properties that do not match your requirements and be able to choose the one that fulfils all of your requirements and matches all of your criteria.
If you decide to go ahead with a purchase, you will pay a holding deposit (£1000 and £1200 for the legal fees” solicitor, notary, translator, water – electric connections”) the same day either by cash, or debit/credit cards.
The next day our team will take you to our English-speaking solicitor to prepare your sales agreement, this will be signed by both the buyer and the seller.
Should you require during the inspection trip, our after-sales service team can take you and help you to choose your furniture, white goods and curtains.
